In India, Infosys Springboard offers an online platform for students from grade 6 to lifelong learners. They provide a comprehensive set of courses designed in collaboration with world-class digital educators such as Coursera and Harvard. Infosys Springboard is based on four decades of teamwork experience and broad-based student competency development at Infosys. It also adheres to India’s 2020 National Education Policy.
What is an internship with Infosys Springboard?
The Infosys Springboard Internship is a fantastic chance to collaborate with the company's top thinkers and contribute to the implementation of theoretical ideas in real-world settings. This is your chance to move from academic study to professional employment. Your internship will be completed remotely, free from any physical restrictions. Along with gaining job experience, you will have the chance to work on some really fascinating projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be pursuing or have finished their graduation or post-graduate and must have passed the 12th Standard or an equivalent or higher examination from a recognised Board or University.
- The "Overview of Infosys Springboard" course is a prerequisite for applicants, and they must pass the self-assessment at the end of the course with a grade of at least 60%.
- All of the courses on the pre-requisite learning microsite for the project must be completed by applicants, and they must get a self-assessment score of 60% or better.
- The certification(s) listed on the pre-requisite learning website must be successfully completed by the applicant.
- When they click the "Apply" button, a survey will open that they must complete.
Selection of Criteria
- The number of places available for the Infosys Springboard internship will be restricted. The following are suggestions for choosing a programme, however they are not all-inclusive
- Final exam for the course "Infosys Springboard Overview"
- completion of prerequisite learning courses on a microsite and success on self-evaluations
- completed certifications (if any) and performance in them
- Interview performance with mentors and survey findings
- If Infosys chooses to conduct a qualifying test, Infosys' choice of interns will be based solely on the results of such exam.
Certification Criteria
- If an intern meets the requirements listed below, they will get an internship completion certificate:
- Interns must meet the requirements for Minimum Attendance.
- a mentor's performance during meetings and talks
- Contribution to project deliverables as established at the project's commencement
- The final say in the project evaluation belongs to the mentor.
